We are commited to our surroundings, and especially to the community of Machalí. That is why we incorporate technology, design and equipment that looks to the future, to be pioneers in caring for the environment and the use of renewable energy.
100% renewable energy
In our commitment with the mitigation of environmental impact, we are investing heavily to ensure that the energy our commercial center consumes will 100% come from renewable energy sources.
Solar plant
745 solar panels totaling 300kW, will provide 25% of the energy consumed. We will produce 25% of the energy ourselves!
Water recycling
We will re-use the water from washing floors, facades and fountains to water the green areas, thus reducing overall consumption.
Waste management
We have to fixed garbage can points, where you can separate garbage that will then go to our yard with differential dumpsters for recycling. These dumpsters will go the local firm RE-VIVE for effective recycling.
